tears and laughter
giddyness and prayer
such is the magic of a million butterflies.
One of the world’s wonders-
a forest alight with Monarchs.
Floating wonder amongst an old forest.
Dancing with the sun and the flowers.
My soul uplifted
The forest alive in more ways than one
When the leaves rustle… I listen
When the butterflies fly… I listen
When my heart shakes… I listen.
My body quivers and grows as a tree.
I am transported deep into the ground.
The clouds – the skies – flying attention
Kissed by love.
